Your connection is secure and encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Every aspect of your online meeting with our Notary is encrypted by SHA 256 bit/RSA encryption which generates a unique key for every session.

You select the day and time for the notarization of your document(s) that is convenient for you. Simply book a time with us and we’ll securely meet with you via web cam to notarize your document(s) online in (typically) 15 minutes or less.

Once we complete the notarization process we’ll send you an email link so that you can view and download the notarized document(s). By Washington State law, we will retain all notarized documents for ten years.
